I finished it right in the nick of time. It's a galvanized steel roof that I glued together and screwed to the top of the kennel. It's at a slight slope to allow snow, rain, and pine-needles to easily slide off. It looks rather nice - and I'll post photos shortly.

The question is though - will it leak? It started raining today, so I'm going to check the kennel and see how my hand work is proving against the elements.
