well we have switched things around a bit and are deep in construction again LOL

our pens are 20x20 for 2-3 dogs the puppy pen is 40x20 and then the community area that attaches to the kennels is about
200ftx 400ft and then the added space of the run that is inbetween the kennel rows it is about 140 long and the middle is about 40 wide
so ignore the mess but here is a few shots of the kennel and where I am at I still have to move a couple of kennels and then start hauling in more sand and then remove some more tress and clear a couple of trails but this is a start

We actually changed ours yesterday, we did have hook ups like traditional kennel, but we decided that we wanted more kennel like areas so we had 4 and a new yard fenced in, what we have is out of the 5 that get their little kennels, the brother and sister share one then the others get their own (though Aurora does like to visit Wiper, i think she has a little crush on him) and the other 3 (the 2 original sled dogs and juneau) get free range. This way the dogs can be let out a ton, and there is a LOT of area to run... like huge! and we had planned on waiting to move them but we had a bit of a scare, there was a huge storm and one of the trees where one of the dogs was hooked snapped in half, thankfully they weren't out there, but we decided to move them right then, and now the trees are close enough to provide lots of shade but not close enough to create doggy pancakes! so far it has been really nice, here are a couple pix, its not totally finished, we are building new houses and needs to be mowed a little but they seem to enjoy it!!!

Guava has a little bit of a patio, but he seems to like (we let him pick first and he ran in there and laid down) it so we probably wont pull it out anytime soon

Wow, I wonder how I missed this thread? I just finished a pretty major renovation of my yard and I'm quite proud of it.

I have a pretty thorough description of the yard and related topics on my website at http://www.tworiversak.com/stardancer_kennel.htm
