I have heard Akitas in some circles are considered more of a northern type dog, though considering gender aggression in the breed, I couldnt imagine working with more than two!!(one male, one female) A long while back I heard of someone who had a team of Akitas though, it would be interesting to know how they dealt with it. It would probably take extra training and vigilance to even kind of overcome this. Not only in your own team, but anyone elses you may come across. If I recall right, this team wasnt for speed, but endurance.
