I had a funny thought the other day for something I might start doing.
What I was thinking is that I could start by wearing a backpack with exactly 10 lbs of weights in it. I would wear it ALL day no matter what I do. Working in the dog yard, etc, etc...then I would increase the lbs until I get up to a good amount of weight that I can carry without it even bothering me.
I was thinking that this would help my endurance, strength, and help me to get into shape for the winter season! I guess it would also help with the heavy winter gear we all wear!
