It's been about a week now - and my dogs are about a half quieter when I'm preparing/feeding food; as they were when I first started training them. I'm thinking it will take me another week or two to train them to be completely silent while feeding.

In my current situation - houses are in ear shot of the dogs; and I figure its better to give the neighbors one less reason to somehow get upset - and complain. Haven't had complaints over sound yet - but its better to be safe than sorry if you ask me!

I'd love to hear some success stories in training to keep quiet. I fear I would never be able to train them to be quiet when it's time for a run - and still haven't decided whether training that quality would even be [b]fair[/b] to the dogs!
