Does anyone have any experience with this piece of equipment:

I only have one dog to run with now, and she needs some real leader training since she doesn't show the leadership I would like. She gets lazy sometimes, or encounters other dogs and people and I thought that would be a good piece of equipment to do a lot of one on one training with while running.
