I truly believe in exercise. A few months ago I posted here that I would be embarking on a full body exercise routine - and I must say that it has helped me in SO many ways. I'm much stronger, have more endurance - and I truly have more energy. Its amazing what your body does - when you take care of it properly. I've always been relatively healthy - but now I feel much healthier. I don't drink soda, and I keep sugars low. To me - its not worth it to ruin your body. You only have one.
