Scottsdale to be exact. I'm brand spanking new to this stuff, but I ordered up a harness, tugline and bungee to try some bikejoring. The dog in my family's life (Copper) was adopted from the pound and has been a good buddy all the way around. He is a through and through mix breed that rather resembles a pitbull beagle cross, and weighs in at a hulking muscular 95 pounds. He and I get into way to much mischief together, and this is set to be the next thing we try. I've always been interested in mushing, but never realized there were options available to those of us out of the snow belt.
I'm happy that I stumbled upon this place at it seems like the best place to learn short of knowing someone who can teach me firsthand.
