Here on the Island we have endless storms! I'm curious how many of you go out in storms. Sometimes our men have to travel in storms, by snowmachine though since they took over dog teams. We have trail markers to hunting grounds and they always go slow and stick together. I always wonder how good of an idea it is to train in a storm, especially on an Island where you might end up on ice...yikes. I don't plan on doing that so soon, not until I become experienced enough. Our storms are bad, can't see anything at all. But I do love storm stories, like how Riddles became the first woman to win the Iditarod because she went out in a storm and finished first. Thanks.
