Okay, I am a bit confused here. Some people do let their dogs stop for water when their are puddles on the dirt trails, etc...and some do not. What are your thoughts on letting your dogs drink from puddles?

I would think that you wouldn't want to let them drink from puddles on roads that are heavily used by vehicles, etc..just a thought.

Also, I do know that dogs CAN get giardia, though much harder to get it than a human system.
