I feed the same thing in the summer, except I just give lesser quantities.

After doing some research, it takes 3-4 weeks for your dog to show affects of what you are feeding. So if you started feeding a new supplement, you wouldn't see results and it wouldn't truly get into the dog's system for a whole month. (just a little tip I thought I would share).

This correlates with summer feeding. If you were to feed a less fat food during the summer months, or if you stopped feeding your supplements, you would want to start feeding your normal winter diet a month before training started in the fall.
