The classifieds system is very intuitive - and offers the best tools available for mushers online to find or sell products to the sled dog community. All you need is a working email address. Every listing can be created without making a user account - which makes for an increased ease of use.

All you have to do to win this book, Winning the Iditarod, is register for our forum and start posting. Every post increases your chance to win!

This competition coincides with the growth of our forum - and helps to celebrate the arrival of achieving 5000 posts on the message boards, and surpassing 100 members. We ask that you invite your mushing friends & comrades to get involved in this contest! The competition will continue to run between now (May 14, 2008), and will end midnight on June 15, 2008.

Keeping in touch with the outside mushing world is important - as participating in mushing events is what brings so much joy to our unique sport. This much anticipated feature has been in the works for quite some time here on Sleddoggin.com.

All visitors to Sleddoggin.com now have the ability to submit and view Events from around the world - via our brand new Event Calendar.

It's finally here - and here to stay. After many hours of testing we've finally chosen the design that will stick with Sleddoggin.com for many months to come.

As you've probably noticed - the site's colors and layout have changed drastically over the past few months as we have been contemplating how to configure and design the template for the website. Some designs were too boring, some weren't cheery enough, and others took decades to load.

A brand new Main Navigation sidebar has been added to the left side of Sleddoggin.com. It features a slick drop down menu, and easy access to all of the content throughout the site. I am always interested in hearing your thoughts on how it works for you - and the general layout of the site; so please take the time to visit the Contact form and send in your thoughts!

Visitors have been inquiring where the Sleddoggin.com photo gallery, classifieds, and event calendars have all gone. The simple answer is that they are still be transferred over from the old website system. The planned release of the new systems is the end of this week, and into next.
