Upon order arrival - your order will be shipped within 2 business days. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground Service.

We cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your product arrives damaged, please let us know - so we may file a complaint against our chosen shipping carrier. Once approved - you'll then be resent or reimbursed the product or purchase price.

Return Policies

If you're unsatisfied with your Mushers Market products for any reason - we offer a 30 day money back guarantee.

All returns must be shipped back, at the cost of the purchaser. All food and supplement products must remain unopened and unused. Upon product arrival back at our facilities - you will be reimbursed for the full purchase price, excluding shipping.
