As with all compensation plans you want to make certain that you are being fairly rewarded for the sales that you make and the business that your team generates. Their compensation plan is a linier plan so you get paid on the people next to you in the business regardless of who recruited them. I actually couldn’t find too many details on the comp plan but from what I saw it looked to be sufficient. This will be something that you will want to make certain is fair for you.
Network Marketing is a business of relationship building and long-term residual profits so make sure that the opportunity is a decent fit for you and something that you would feel good about sharing with your grandma.
As for the people behind the business, I did find them to be advisable and of good character. You want to make sure that they have a trustworthy track record in the industry so that you aren’t left in the cold.
As always I suggest doing your due diligence into the company, products, compensation, and the founders.
One thing that I will declare is that if you are untaken to grow any MLM business you need the good tools and a marketing system to do the heavy lifting for you and attract people to you and your business.
