Customer Reviews:

Easy Installation and instructions3
Purchased at an auction 2 complete new systems. It sat in the boxes for a few months as I waited for someone to get around to installing for us. To no avail, my daughter & I installed them after a scare at our pawn business. Instructions were easy and mother and daughter installed two systems within a little over 2 hours (had to drill here and there to run cables to the ideal spots).
I constantly peek at the monitors while in the office doing bookkeeping as I worry for the safety of my daughter in the pawn shop and have already stopped a theft while listening to the built in audio. Disappointed one outside camera went out within two days. Looking to buy one camera to replace it. Warranty expired as it sat on the floor waiting to be installed for months.

Security First Video System1
I purchased one of these systems through Sams Club Auctions. There is NO customer support for this system and you can’t access the system through the internet but 3% of the time. it’s OK if you just want to watch 4 locations from a monitor that you can NEVER turn off. We have never been able to turn off the monitor because it comes on automatically as soon as a monitor detects motion. I would never buy this system if I could have the option again.

I Hate This System!1
I bought this system online and I saw the same in Sam’s Club. I use it as a security system for my office so I can monitor the waiting room, hallways, etc. It comes with plenty of cable and we spent a full day running the cables and mounting the cameras. Some of the mounts are flimsy and the cameras droop down a bit. We couldn’t mount outside the building because we couldn’t drill through the outside concrete walls to run the hardwire for the camera.

The monitor splits the screen so you can watch all four at the same time. There is night vision which works pretty well. I’m having a hard time setting the DVR to record up to a year like it says. It only saves 18 days at a time (I set it to overwrite but this didn’t work either). The menus are difficult to understand and it isn’t intuitive at all.

Another problem is the DVR saves the video files in a format unrecognized by the Windows or the world wide web. I can back up the videos to a flash drive, but can’t watch anything. I’ve had several people try to hook it up to the internet but that hasn’t worked either.

Here’s the best part I love this: There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

If anyone else has this system and figures out how to view the saved videos or how to get it to record for a longer period of time please post.
